Shipping Policy
Vanosha Plants sources rare collector plants from trusted Indonesian supplier partners and ships them directly from Indonesia to your door. Every shipment is export-prepared, documented, and inspected before it leaves.
Shipping Cost
Shipping is included in the listed product price unless stated otherwise for a specific order. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay.
Shipping Schedule
We dispatch monthly, or when the supplier or batch minimum is met. This allows us to prepare export documents, obtain phytosanitary certificates, and pack each plant with maximum care.
- Orders placed before the batch cut-off are included in that batch's shipment.
- Dispatch dates may occasionally shift due to weather, inspection schedules, or holidays.
- We confirm your expected dispatch window by email after your order is confirmed.
Delivery Time
After departure from Indonesia, delivery typically takes 5–10 business days depending on your destination and customs processing.
Phytosanitary Certificate
Every shipment includes a valid phytosanitary certificate issued by the Indonesian Ministry of Agriculture, confirming the plants have been inspected and cleared for international shipment.
Destination Requirements
Import requirements vary by destination. Some countries or US states require an import permit from the buyer. Contact us before ordering if you are unsure about your country or state requirements — we will confirm what applies to your destination before you pay.
How We Pack Your Plants
- Plants are cleaned, treated, and inspected before packing.
- We use export-grade packing with breathable materials and moisture control, with heat packs when needed.
- Every plant is double-checked before the box is sealed.
Tracking
You will receive a tracking number by email once your package leaves Indonesia. If you have not received it within 3 business days of your confirmed dispatch date, contact us and we will check immediately.
Worth Knowing
- We prioritize plant health over speed and do not rush shipments.
- Minor transit stress (a yellowing leaf, slight wilting) is normal for bare-root tropical plants and typically recovers within a week or two of acclimation.
- If your plant arrives damaged beyond normal transit stress, our live-arrival guarantee covers you — contact us within 6 hours of delivery with an unboxing video. See our Refund Policy for details.
