We stand behind the quality of our plants. However, because these are live plants traveling long distances, we have a clear and fair policy.
Live Arrival Guarantee
We guarantee that your plant will arrive alive.
If your plant arrives in poor condition (dead, severely damaged, or with major rot), please follow these steps within 24 hours of delivery:
- Take clear photos of the plant in the original packaging (including any damage).
- Send the photos to us via WhatsApp or email.
- We will review and offer one of the following solutions:
- Replacement (if the same plant is available)
- Partial refund (based on severity)
- Full refund (in cases of total loss)
What Is Not Covered
- Minor cosmetic damage (small tears, slight yellowing, or transit stress)
- Damage caused by extreme weather or customs delays
- Plants that were not cared for properly after arrival
- Claims made after 24 hours of delivery

We pack every plant to the highest export standards. Most of our customers receive their plants in excellent condition. We are committed to making things right if something goes wrong during transit.
