Shipping policy

Shipping Policy

At Vanosha Plants, we take great care in preparing and shipping your plants safely from our farm in Indonesia to your doorstep worldwide.

Shipping Schedule

We ship once per month on scheduled dates. This allows us to properly prepare export documents, obtain phytosanitary certificates, and pack plants with maximum care.

Orders placed before the monthly cut-off date will be included in that month's shipment.

Shipping dates may occasionally change due to weather, inspection schedules, or holidays.

We will notify you of your exact shipping date via email once your order is confirmed.

Shipping to the United States

We partner with a licensed agent in Florida to handle all import procedures.

You do not need to provide any import permit or phytosanitary documents.

Shipping cost to the USA starts at $25–$45 depending on order size and destination (we will confirm exact cost before shipping).

Delivery via UPS/FedEx usually takes 5–8 business days after departure from Indonesia.

International Shipping (Outside USA)

We ship worldwide. Please contact us via WhatsApp or email for a personalized shipping quote.

Phytosanitary Certificate

All shipments include a valid phytosanitary certificate issued by the Indonesian Ministry of Agriculture.

How We Pack Your Plants

Plants are cleaned, treated, and inspected.

We use professional export-grade packing with breathable materials, moisture control, and heat packs when needed.

Every plant is double-checked before sealing.

Tracking

You will receive a tracking number once your package leaves Indonesia.

Important Notes

We prioritize plant health over speed. We do not rush shipments.

Minor transit stress (yellowing leaves, slight wilting) is normal for imported plants and usually recovers with proper care.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs or extreme weather.
